Lark has always been a little different than everyone else. Born with a hole in the middle of her chest, she has never felt complete. While sitting alone in her home, surrounded by the mocking portraits of whole people on her walls, Lark crafts a piece to fill the hole. What seems like the perfect solution to her imperfection ends up changing Lark in a way she least expects.
